Quick Terms Summary

The main expectations schools and users should understand first

Before reading the full terms, here are the practical points that shape responsible use of EdixPark for schools, administrators, staff, parents, and other platform users.

Use EdixPark for authorized school work

The platform is meant for real school operations, not unrelated business activity or unauthorized access.

Keep account details secure

Schools and users should protect passwords, manage access carefully, and report suspicious activity quickly.

Schools control records and users

Each school manages its own workspace, user roles, approvals, and internal operating decisions.

Billing and access depend on the active plan

Features, onboarding, capacity, and access may vary based on the school’s current plan, agreement, or account status.

Misuse or security risk may lead to suspension

EdixPark may limit or suspend access where misuse, unpaid billing, violations, or platform risk need to be addressed.

Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to schools and the people they authorize to use EdixPark.

These Terms of Service explain the working terms for schools that use EdixPark and for administrators, staff, parents, or other users who access the platform through a school workspace.

By using EdixPark, a school and its authorized users agree to use the platform responsibly, lawfully, and only for authorized school-related purposes.

This page is written in plain language to support understanding and future legal review. It is not legal advice.

  • Schools are responsible for the workspace they set up and manage.
  • Authorized users are expected to follow school instructions, role permissions, and these terms.
  • Use of the public site and the platform should stay consistent with lawful school operations.
Plain-language position

EdixPark supports school operations, but it does not replace school leadership, internal approvals, or school management responsibilities.

Platform purpose and permitted use

EdixPark is a school management platform for school-related operations.

EdixPark is designed to help schools manage academic, administrative, reporting, and financial workflows in a structured environment.

The platform should be used only for legitimate school operations and approved school-community activities, not for unrelated commercial use, harmful activity, or unauthorized access.

  • Use EdixPark for normal school work, school communication, reporting, finance, and operational coordination where those features are available.
  • Use the platform in line with the school’s own internal policies, approvals, and responsibilities.
  • Access only the workspace, modules, and records you are authorized to use.
School accounts and administrator responsibilities

School administrators are responsible for how the workspace is managed.

Each school is responsible for its account setup, workspace administration, and the users it chooses to approve inside the platform.

Administrators should keep core account details current and make sure access, roles, and approvals reflect the school’s real operating structure.

  • Keep school profile, primary contact, billing, and administrator information up to date.
  • Assign roles that match each user’s actual responsibilities.
  • Remove or adjust access when staff responsibilities change or access is no longer needed.
  • Make sure the school has the right to upload, manage, and use the records it stores in EdixPark.
User access and role-based permissions

Users must access only what they are authorized to use.

Access inside a school workspace is role-based. A school decides which administrators, teachers, finance users, staff, parents, or other approved users should have access and what they should be able to do.

Users should not attempt to view, change, or export records outside their role permissions or outside the workspace they are authorized to use.

  • Schools control user approvals and permissions inside their own workspace.
  • Users are responsible for staying within their assigned role and access scope.
  • Attempting to bypass permissions or tenant boundaries is not allowed.
Important note

Role setup is a school-controlled responsibility. Schools should review permissions regularly so access remains appropriate and accountable.

Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

Users should not misuse the platform, another workspace, or platform security.

EdixPark should be used responsibly and in a way that protects the school workspace, other users, and the platform itself.

Certain actions create risk for schools or the platform and are not permitted.

  • Do not try to access another school’s workspace, records, settings, or user accounts.
  • Do not upload harmful files, malicious code, deceptive material, or content you do not have the right to use.
  • Do not misuse school records, share them improperly, or use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
  • Do not interfere with platform security, normal operations, service availability, or monitoring controls.
  • Do not probe, test, or attempt to exploit the platform without written approval from EdixPark.
School records and school-controlled content

Schools remain responsible for the records they enter and manage.

Schools control the records, content, and operational data they upload or manage in their workspace. EdixPark provides the system, infrastructure, and support for that work.

Schools are responsible for the accuracy, quality, approvals, and lawful use of the content they enter. The platform does not take over the school’s internal governance, approval chains, or record-management obligations.

  • Schools should enter only records they are authorized to manage.
  • Schools remain responsible for internal school policies, approvals, and record accuracy.
  • EdixPark does not become the decision-maker for how a school uses its own records.
Plans, billing, subscription capacity, and access changes

Features, onboarding, capacity, billing, and access may depend on the active school arrangement.

The scope of service a school receives may vary based on its active plan, onboarding stage, subscription status, user or student capacity, and any applicable service arrangement.

Billing, invoicing, payment status, enabled modules, support levels, and access to some parts of the platform may change if the school’s plan changes, an invoice remains unpaid, or onboarding requirements are incomplete.

  • Some features or usage limits may be tied to the active plan or agreed capacity.
  • Billing and subscription obligations should be handled according to the school’s active arrangement.
  • Access may be limited, adjusted, or paused where payment, setup, or plan status requires it.
Plan and billing note

A school’s plan or agreement shapes what level of access, onboarding, support, and capacity is available at a given time.

Onboarding, support, and training

EdixPark may provide onboarding, support, and training, but schools still manage their own internal adoption.

EdixPark may provide setup guidance, onboarding support, service explanations, and training assistance depending on the school’s stage, plan, or support arrangement.

Schools are still responsible for their own internal approvals, user preparation, workflow decisions, and how they implement the platform within their organization.

  • Support may include setup help, technical follow-up, and practical guidance on using the platform.
  • Training or onboarding scope may vary based on the school’s active arrangement.
  • Schools remain responsible for internal rollout and day-to-day operational use.
Availability, maintenance, and service limits

Service availability may be affected by maintenance, internet issues, third-party tools, or security work.

EdixPark works to keep the platform usable and reliable, but online services may be affected from time to time by maintenance work, internet conditions, third-party providers, infrastructure events, or urgent platform protection steps.

We may temporarily adjust or limit access where needed to maintain the service, apply updates, investigate issues, or protect schools and the platform from security risk.

  • Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may affect access from time to time.
  • Third-party services such as hosting, communication, or payment providers may also affect availability.
  • Service changes may happen as part of reliability, security, or product improvement work.
Security, passwords, and account protection

Schools and users should help protect accounts and workspace access.

EdixPark uses platform controls and operational processes to support service security, but schools and users also have responsibilities when it comes to protecting accounts.

Login credentials should be protected carefully, and suspicious activity or access concerns should be reported promptly.

  • Use strong passwords and keep credentials confidential.
  • Do not share accounts in a way that weakens accountability or security.
  • Review permissions, active users, and school access regularly.
  • Contact EdixPark quickly if you suspect compromise, misuse, or unauthorized access.
Suspension and termination

EdixPark may suspend or terminate access where misuse, risk, unpaid billing, or serious violations need to be addressed.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to all or part of the platform where there is misuse, security risk, unpaid billing, breach of these terms, or activity that threatens schools, users, or platform operations.

A school may also request closure or transition support, subject to any outstanding billing, data handling, service commitments, or practical migration steps that still need to be completed.

  • Suspension may be used to protect school workspaces, platform security, and other users.
  • Serious or repeated violations may lead to longer restrictions or termination.
  • Closure or access changes may still involve billing, support, export, or transition requirements.
Changes to the service and these terms

EdixPark may update the service and these terms over time.

The platform may evolve as features, workflows, pricing approaches, support methods, onboarding materials, or operational policies change.

We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, the latest version published on this page will reflect the current update date.
